Users
The Users page in Orion101 provides a comprehensive list of all users within your system. Users are categorized based on their roles and permissions, ensuring a clear distinction between administrative users and end-users.
Admin Users
Administrators have access to all system features and management tools. This includes the ability to configure agents, manage tools, oversee threads, and adjust system settings. To grant a user administrative privileges, follow the steps outlined in the User Configuration Guide included in the Orion101 documentation.
End-Users
Non-admin users, referred to as end-users, have restricted access and can only interact with the chat interface of the agents. The end-user chat interface is available at the root of the domain where Orion101 is hosted.
Example:
If the admin interface is accessible at https://orion101.acmecorp.com/admin
, the end-user chat interface would be available at https://orion101.acmecorp.com/.
End-users rely on this interface to engage with the agents created in Orion101, allowing them to experience the functionality and responsiveness of the agents without requiring access to the system’s administrative tools.
By providing a clean separation between administrative and end-user roles, Orion101 ensures that the platform remains secure, organized, and user-friendly for all participants.
